About

The Teledyne ISCO CombiFlash NextGen 300 Flash Chromatography System is a straightforward to use and compact flash chromatography system for small molecule purification. This allows for easy, quick, and relatively inexpensive purification. The instrument includes active solvent and waste level sensing, as well as column air purge. The system is designed for liquid injections, with an operation pressure of up to 300 psi. It also includes high-productivity automation, programmable gradients, UV detection and peak separation, and automatic detection of columns and collection tube racks. It can hold up to two racks, which hold up to 70, 18 x 150 mm culture tubes per rack.
